Please call for an appointment. We would love to meet with you to show you what our company has to offer. We are proud to be celebrating nearly 70 years of manufacturing and retailing quality school uniforms.  We are privileged to serve schools throughout Southern California.  Our mission at VMU is to provide the best customer service possible.

Do you stock uniform items all year long?
We keep a complete inventory all year. However, we encourage you to order early for back to school to ensure uniforms needed are in stock.

Do you have any sales?
Yes! We have an annual sale every February on all in-stockuniformss. You may chose to order on-line, visit our store, or place a telephone order. This sale is limited to stock on hand and does not apply to special measurement skirts or jumpers.  We also hold an "Early Bird" sale the last two weeks of June and the first week of July.

What is my school code?
Your school code is a series of letters and numbers that you need to access your child’s school’s uniform list. Please contact us at contact@vickimarsha.com or call us at (714) 895-6371 to obtain your school code.

Why do I have need a school code to access my shopping cart?
Our website is set up so that no one can access a particular school's shopping cart other than those who are affiliated with that school. Since each of our schools have different uniform options, to insure that our customers purchase the correct uniform items for their school, a school code is needed to access a school's shopping cart.

Will I need to remember the school code every time I order online?
Your school code is only required the first time that you log on to our website to create an account. Once the code has been entered on your first visit, your school name will be in the school menu every time you log into our website.

How many uniforms does my child need?
This depends on your child’s school’s requirements, your budget and your laundry schedule. We suggest that you order at least 2-3 tops and bottoms as well as 1-2 pieces of outerwear for your child to wear on cooler days. Something else to take into consideration is that a garment that is constantly washed is receiving more wear and tear from the washer and dryer.

How do your sizes compare to other stores?
Sizes vary by manufacturer. Vicki Marsha Uniforms offers a wide size range because of children’s different body types. We encourage you to refer to our sizing chart for items you wish to order.

How do I order the correct size for my child?
Take the time to measure your child. We have provided instructions for measuring along with size charts on our website. If it seems that your child is between sizes, it is recommended that you order the larger size to allow for growth.

I can’t find the right size to fit my child, what do I do?
If your child requires an item that is not listed in our size charts, please visit our Huntington Beach store. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you and measure your child for a Custom Order. Special orders are our specialty. We can fit anyone.

How soon will my credit card be charged when placing my order?
Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed.

How soon will I receive my order?
Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 3 to 10 business days. During our busy season, it can occasionally take a little longer since it is our policy to ship an order in its entirety.

How will my order be shipped to me?
Most orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. We ship packages “driver release” so if you are not home when the delivery is made it will be left by your front door. If this is not acceptable, your package may be shipped to a work address or other location where someone can receive it for you.

How do I return items to you?
You may return merchandise to our Huntington Beach store. If you prefer, you may also send items back to us.  To print our return & exchange form, *click here* to print one. Please follow the instructions on the form carefully in order to make processing time faster.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I return or exchange an item?
Yes. The only exceptions are when an item is determined to have a manufacturer’s defect or when we shipped something incorrectly to you.

Do you offer layaway?
Yes. We offer a layaway program that allows parents to make several payments over an extended period.

Can items with a school logo be returned?
Yes. As long as they have not been washed, worn, altered and still have the tags on them.

Can items that have been monogrammed and personalized be returned?
Not unless the reason is a manufacturers defect.

What type of guarantee do you offer for your uniforms?
All of our uniforms are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects. We do not guarantee buttons from falling off, hems from coming out or shrinkage. These defects can be caused by your care of the garment or the manner that your child wears it.

Do you guarantee the knees of pants or slacks from tearing?
We carry the heaviest, most durable pants and slacks on the market. The boy’s pants we carry have double knees. As we all know, children like to slide, crawl and spend a lot of time on their knees and because of this we cannot warranty the knees of pants and slacks against tearing.

Shipping Information

Our shipping & handling fee is $8.00

Order Early To Accommodate Stock Availability and Processing Time

  • After July 15th, we cannot guarantee all items will be in stock for the beginning of school.
  • Since orders are shipped in their entirety,  customers  will  be  contacted  if  a  partial shipment is needed.
  • Orders received during July and August may take at least 5 business days to process.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority.

Please Note: We ship “driver release” which means if you are not home when it is delivered, your package will be left by your front door.

Exchange & Return Policy

Vicki Marsha Uniforms stands by the quality of our uniforms. We value your business and appreciate our customer 's respect for the necessity of our policies.  We gladly accept the return of merchandise from our current uniform line in the same condition as purchased.  Items must be odor-free and have original tags.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any of the following:

  • Washed or Worn Items
  • Altered or Hemmed Items
  • Hair Accessories
  • Items with Name Monogramming or Emblems Attached
  • Tailor-Made or Special Order Uniforms
  • Opened Tights/Socks not in Original Packaging

REFUNDS: Within 60 days of the purchase date listed on the receipt for the receipt amount.  After 60 days, an exchange or store credit is available.

EXCHANGES: Within 6 months of the purchase date listed on the receipt.

STORE CREDIT: Within 6 months of the purchase date listed on the receipt.

SALE PURCHASES: Exchange or store credit within 6 months of the purchase date listed on the receipt.
